Leather Goods
Do leather products vary from piece to piece?
Yes. We use top grain crazy leather, a natural material that
carries its own unique markings, grain, and character. Slight variations in
colour and texture are natural traits of the material and part of what makes
each piece unique.
How will the leather age over time?
Our leather develops a natural patina through everyday use. It will soften, deepen
in tone, and develop character over time.
Do you offer personalisation?
Yes. Selected leather goods can be personalised with
initials, names, or custom markings using a traditional blind emboss technique.
This service is currently offered complimentary.
Please note that personalised or blind-embossed items are
crafted uniquely for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive
faulty.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed, carefully packed, and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
You will receive a tracking confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to a range of international destinations. Available shipping regions and shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and meets the requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I return a personalised item?
Unfortunately, personalised items are made specifically to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Candles
What wax do you use?
Our candles are hand-poured using a soy-based wax blend and feature a wooden wick for a warm, atmospheric burn.
How long do the candles burn?
Our candles have an approximate burn time of 52 hours when cared for correctly.
