Products
We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the natural characteristics of leather and differences in screen displays, colours, grain patterns, textures, and other natural variations may differ slightly from those shown online.
Natural variations in leather are part of the inherent character of the material and are not, in themselves, considered defects. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is not accepted until we confirm that it has been accepted and is being processed.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including where a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or product information, we are unable to authorise or verify payment, we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity, or the order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled order to the original payment method.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on the website.
We may change our prices from time to time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate. If we discover a pricing error in relation to an order, we will contact you and provide you with the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Personalised Products
Products personalised with initials, names, or blind embossing are made specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or refunded where the customer simply changes their mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a personalised product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
